Well what can we say...We visited today, to look at a Tesla Y. It was the best showroom we have ever visited. The staff were helpful, polite, and not in the slightest pushy, compared with most other showrooms. They gave us keys to look at the cars we were interested in. It was the best experience we have had looking for a car. Would highly recommend Castle Motors Liskeard.

Recently bought a kia stinger from Castle motors and had the pleasure of dealing with Ollie.
The whole process of the sale was made very easy by Ollie.
Most of the paperwork was signed for online before arriving at the dealership leaving just a couple of signatures to do when I arrived.
I travelled to the dealership on the train and Ollie even offered to pick me up from the station.
I was greeted with a coffee and was in the car on my way home within 15 mins.
Superb service, thanks Ollie.
This car is amazing by the way.

We recently purchased a new MS-RT van from Castle Motors, and what can I say... A fantastic experience all round! We dealt with Jon, and he was excellent from day one, he helped us with the buying process and we were able to collect our new van smoothly, and promptly! We also traded our previous van in with Jon and the sale of that went extremely well also.
It is very hard to find a car dealership like Castle Motors, the attention to detail, the quality of their vehicles, and the quality of their staff is unmatched.

Great after sales service
Just taken my pickup pack due to wheel arch plastics going white. Called them they booked it in and replaced them with an upgrade to painted ones at their cost.

Jon made my car buying experience just that...... a real pleasure and memorable experience. He always made time to speak with my son and I when we visited the showroom (on numerous occasions!) and never tried to force a sale on me. When I had (finally!!) decided on the vehicle to purchase he made the process so simple from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and this is continuing even now after my purchase. Fantastic place, very friendly and efficient service. I PXed my car for a new electric one. Dale was a pleasure to deal with and made the entire process smooth and painless. We discussed details over the email and agreed the deal in principle. I drove all the way from London and drove out in the new car within 30 minutes. No stress no haggling, no nit picking. Everything went as agreed over the email. Highly recommended.

My wife and I recently visited to test drive one of their Teslas. I was very impressed by their efficient service and attention, the straight forward no-messing around assistance, and total lack of the usual information capture or sales pitch. Very refreshing indeed, particularly after visiting a main dealer of a prestige marque on the way where the experience was a long way from being as smooth as it was at Castle Motors. I would not hesitate to return or recommend them.

Superb customer service and covid friendly setup. I called viewed and purchased a second hand car (absolutely mint condition and well serviced and cleaned) within an hour! I've never seen a turnaround this fast. Their processes are so smooth and painless it was unreal.

I was given a fair part-ex price when I collected my car it was inside under a cover, perfectly clean ready for me to take away.
